About Networking Now
Networking Now is a managed IT company founded and run by Matt Shellenberger. We look after about 100 client organizations, most of them small offices in and around Boston.
Matt Shellenberger, founder
Matt is a hands-on engineer. He designs and maintains client networks, servers and Microsoft 365 tenants himself, with a small team of technicians. His working areas:

We build our own tools
Our billing follow-up, service agreements, licence counts, proposals and call notes run in an operations console we built with Claude and connected to the platforms we use. It keeps invoices matched to what clients actually use, and it is where our Claude integration work for clients comes from.
